LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: While Blake Lively's appearance amid the 'It Ends With Us' press tour garnered praise, many speculated that she might have gone under the knife to achieve her current look. 

Recently, a renowned cosmetic surgeon weighed in on the subject, pointing out that the actress made sure to maintain her facial structure while taking the help of cosmetic procedures, for a more natural look. 

The 37-year-old recently ignited controversy for not paying heed to her latest film's serious theme of domestic violence as well as over a resurfaced 2014 interview.

Dr Betteridge, who has over 280,000 followers on Instagram, shared a video of him comparing pictures of Lively from the early days of her career to those from the 'It Ends With Us' premiere.

The founder of JB Aesthetics speculated that the actress may have undergone several procedures including "Botox to soften fine lines and wrinkles Botox, Upper eyelid surgery to reduce the appearance of hooded eyes, a nose job to create a narrow nose bridge  and sharper contour and lip filler to increase the size and volume of the lips."

He added that Lively has undergone dental work such as "gum contouring and veneers" to bring the perfect smile. He proceeded to compliment Lively's grooming calling it "natural and proportionate."

Earlier this month, Dana Omari-Harrell, who manages a popular Instagram account focused on plastic surgery, suggested that Lively may have had a rhinoplasty, speculating that it was performed by New York City plastic surgeon Dr Thomas Romo.

She shared on her Instagram account, "A little birdie told me Blake Lively’s gorgeous rhinoplasty was performed by Dr Thomas Romo in NYC (who graduated from Baylor Medical in Houston)."

She further stated, "Obviously this post isn’t a full breakdown of what I believe she's had for the amazing and natural-looking glow up. I have talked about Blake's nose job and her bleph before, but never a full breakdown. Anyway, just wanted to share her (alleged) plastic surgeon responsible for this gorgeous rhinoplasty."

The 'Gossip Girl' actress has neither confirmed nor denied having a rhinoplasty or any non-surgical treatments like fillers or Botox. She maintains a casual skincare routine in her daily life, favoring sunscreen and tinted moisturizer, and reportedly enjoys using facial steamers, according to Women's Health.

In 2011, photos from Lively's time at Burbank High School in California surfaced on the internet. The yearbook photos from 2002 showed her with crooked teeth, which were likely fixed using braces.

Images from later school years foreshadow her transformation into the confident actress known today, who dazzles on the red carpet in elegant gowns designed by top fashion houses.

Currently, Lively is a busy mother of four, James, 9, Inez, 7, Betty, 4, and Olin, 1, whom she shares with her husband, Ryan Reynolds.

Internet reacts to cosmetic expert's thoughts on Blake Lively's 'natural' transformation

Dr Jonny Betteridge's take on Blake Lively's transformation went viral on Instagram, and netizens flocked to share their thoughts. 

One wrote, "That she is a smart women. Has done everything to look fabulous not to destroy natural beauty." Another said, "It looks natural on her. Loved the fact she did not go overboard with the cosmetics surgery ❤️."

"I'm not a fan of cosmetic surgery, but honestly, her work is well done IMO," expressed a person. "She’s a beautiful girl and her 'work' was exquisitely done but in the end, she looks completely different. I think was was pretty the way she was," offered someone else. 

An individual pointed out, "The important point is that these celebrities need to be upfront about getting work done. It can reinforce the idea that certain physical traits are necessary for beauty or success, setting unrealistic standards that are difficult or impossible for most people to meet."
