Blake Lively's evolving appearance caught the attention of Dr Jonny Betteridge, a prominent London-based cosmetic doctor.

Dr Betteridge, who has over 280,000 followers on Instagram, shared a video of him comparing pictures of Lively from the early days of her career to those from the 'It Ends With Us' premiere.
The founder of JB Aesthetics speculated that the actress may have undergone several procedures including "Botox to soften fine lines and wrinkles Botox, Upper eyelid surgery to reduce the appearance of hooded eyes, a nose job to create a narrow nose bridge and sharper contour and lip filler to increase the size and volume of the lips."
He added that Lively has undergone dental work such as "gum contouring and veneers" to bring the perfect smile. He proceeded to compliment Lively's grooming calling it "natural and proportionate."
Earlier this month, Dana Omari-Harrell, who manages a popular Instagram account focused on plastic surgery, suggested that Lively may have had a rhinoplasty, speculating that it was performed by New York City plastic surgeon Dr Thomas Romo.

She shared on her Instagram account, "A little birdie told me Blake Lively’s gorgeous rhinoplasty was performed by Dr Thomas Romo in NYC (who graduated from Baylor Medical in Houston)."
She further stated, "Obviously this post isn’t a full breakdown of what I believe she's had for the amazing and natural-looking glow up. I have talked about Blake's nose job and her bleph before, but never a full breakdown. Anyway, just wanted to share her (alleged) plastic surgeon responsible for this gorgeous rhinoplasty."
The 'Gossip Girl' actress has neither confirmed nor denied having a rhinoplasty or any non-surgical treatments like fillers or Botox. She maintains a casual skincare routine in her daily life, favoring sunscreen and tinted moisturizer, and reportedly enjoys using facial steamers, according to Women's Health.
