Blake Lively's 'Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants' co-stars support her amid Justin Baldoni complaint
LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: Blake Lively's 'Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants' co-stars have stood in solidarity with her after she accused her ‘It Ends With Us’ co-actor Justin Baldoni of sexual harassment.
The 37-year-old actress in her suit also alleged that Baldoni and his team also "embarked on a sophisticated press and digital plan in retaliation for Ms. Lively exercising her legally-protected right to speak up about their misconduct on the set."
America Ferrera, Alexis Bledel, and Amber Tamblyn issued a joint statement, supporting the ‘Gossip Girl’ star, as reported by PEOPLE.
Actresses call out ‘hypocrisy’ of Justin Baldoni
They shared, “As Blake's friends and sisters for over twenty years, we stand with her in solidarity as she fights back against the reported campaign waged to destroy her reputation.”
“Throughout the filming of ‘It Ends with Us’, we saw her summon the courage to ask for a safe workplace for herself and colleagues on set, and we are appalled to read the evidence of a premeditated and vindictive effort that ensued to discredit her voice,” they noted.
The actresses in their statement also noted that the “most upsetting is the unabashed exploitation of domestic violence survivors' stories to silence a woman who asked for safety. The hypocrisy is astounding.”
Concluding their joint statement, Ferrera, Bledel, and Tamblyn mentioned that Lively’s courage has inspired them.

Blake Lively filed complaint against Justin Baldoni last week
This came after ‘The Age of Adaline’ star reportedly sued Baldoni in the California Civil Rights Department on December 20.
She alleged that the 40-year-old actor was involved in misconduct during the 2024’s movie shooting as he showed her graphic photos and videos and also asked her to do additional intimacy scenes - which she said no to initially.
His alleged actions forced Lively to hold a meeting with Sony Pictures, producers on the film, Baldoni and Jamey Heath from Wayfarer Studios, publicists for the film, and more, where she put forth some demands before resume working on ‘It Ends With Us’.
However, the meeting reportedly created more issues for Lively.
The complaint stated, “Mr. Baldoni and his Wayfarer associates embarked on a sophisticated press and digital plan in retaliation for Ms. Lively exercising her legally-protected right to speak up about their misconduct on the set, with the additional objective of intimidating her and anyone else from revealing in public what actually occurred,” as per The Variety.
Justin Baldoni denies accusations
Justin Baldoni’s attorney, Bryan Freedman, has called the accusations “false.”
He said, “It is shameful that Ms Lively and her representatives would make such serious and categorically false accusations against Mr Baldoni, Wayfarer Studios, and its representatives as yet another desperate attempt to ‘fix’ her negative reputation which was garnered from her own remarks and actions during the campaign for the film; interviews and press activities that were observed publicly, in real time and unedited, which allowed for the internet to generate their own views and opinions.”
“These claims are completely false, outrageous and intentionally salacious with an intent to publicly hurt and rehash a narrative in the media,” the lawyer added.
