LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: Blake Shelton has been reportedly feeling the heat from a distance as Kelly Clarkson and his ex-wife Miranda Lambert collaborate on a song and more.

Miranda, 40, and Kelly, 42, performed a duet of Miranda's song 'No Man's Land' and discussed her new album, 'Postcards From Texas', on the September 24 special 'Songs and Stories' episode of 'The Kelly Clarkson Show'.

Blake Shelton's good friend Kelly Clarkson teams with his ex Miranda Lambert

Sources told Life & Style magazine that Kelly Clarkson, who has always been loyal to Blake Shelton, has started collaborating with her good friend’s ex-wife, Miranda Lambert. This partnership has left Blake feeling burned out from a distance.

"Kelly was Team Blake for a long, long time and Gwen, too, by default, but now that she’s gotten to know Miranda better, she doesn’t know what Blake’s talking about," the source spilled.

After meeting in 2006, Blake Shelton and Miranda Lambert became engaged in 2011 and tied the knot the following year. However, their marriage ended in divorce in 2015, just four years later.

The insider disclosed that Kelly, who had always been a strong supporter of Blake, began spending time with his ex-wife, Miranda Lambert, which could potentially put a strain on their friendship.

The source added, "Kelly’s realized Miranda’s not a baddie at all, in fact, she’s a sweetheart and she’s going to give her support and be kind and generous even if it jeopardizes her friendship with Blake."

"Of course, Miranda’s putting on the charm. She certainly knows Kelly is a friend of Blake’s. No one would put it past Miranda to steal Kelly away and fill her head with junk about her ex," they added.

"The feeling is Kelly would believe anything. She’s incredibly nice but gullible," the source said.

Kelly Clarkson and Miranda Lambert perform incredible Chappell Roan cover

Fans have praised the cover of 'Midwest Princess' that two Southern queens attempted to perform. Kelly Clarkson and Miranda Lambert delivered a short rendition of 'Good Luck, Babe!' by Chappell Roan during the September 24 episode of 'The Kelly Clarkson Show'.

Kelly showcased her vocal talents by seamlessly switching between her powerful voice and falsetto as the chorus of the hit song required, while Miranda added a rural flair by harmonizing in a lower range, per TODAY.

The music was slowed down, and the two Texans' voices harmonized beautifully as they wrapped up their brief performance. After they finished singing, Kelly raised her arms in the air and exclaimed, "I love that song! It’s such a good song!"

Social media users showed their admiration for the song in the same way that Kelly did, with one user writing on X (formerly Twitter), "Kelly get in that studio and record your version NOW."

A second user added, "That is incredible talent to do off the cuff. I am yet to come across a song Kelly can’t do, or an artist that Kelly can’t blend her voice with. Amazing!"

"This colab is going to be great," chimed in a third user, while another remarked, "It's crazy that she can do this while sitting! It really shows her skills and control."

A user wrote, "Kelly and Miranda teaming up for a Chappell Roan cover? This is the collab we didn’t know we needed! Two powerhouse voices on one track—get ready for some serious vocal fireworks!"

"Kelly Clarkson and Miranda Lambert covering *Good Luck, Babe!* by Chappell Roan sounds like a great incredible collaboration!" exclaimed one.
