NEW YORK CITY, NEW YORK: Brandi Glanville has found an unexpected ally in her ongoing battle with a mysterious health issue, and it’s none other than LeAnn Rimes, her ex-husband Eddie Cibrian’s wife.
Glanville, 52, recently shared an emotional update on Instagram about her ongoing struggle with a face parasite, thanking Rimes for offering to help her during this challenging time.
Glanville, 52, and Cibrian, 51, remained married from 2001 to 2010 and welcomed sons Mason, 21, and Jake, 17. After their divorce, Cibrian went on to marry Rimes in 2011.

In a December 10 interview with Entertainment Tonight, Glanville shared, “Honestly, I have so many doctors and I’ve had so many tests … I did lab work for $10,000. I ran every test under the sun. … They’re like, ‘It could be a parasite.’ That’s, you know, new.”
Glanville went on to explain that she can feel the parasite, noting that when she “messes with it", the organism moves around, making it appear like "tiny bubbles bursting" on her cheek.

The reality star also revealed that she has spent approximately $70,000 on medical treatments and tests, hoping to find a solution.
In addition to Rimes' support, Glanville also received assistance from 'Botched' star Dr Terry Dubrow, who offered to help her further investigate the health issue.
Dr Dubrow clarified that while the problem might not be a parasite in the traditional sense, it could be related to a microorganism that entered her bloodstream.
