Bre Tiesi confirms she and Nick Cannon 'are very much together' despite him having 'other partners'
LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: Bre Tiesi has opened up about her relationship with Nick Cannon with whom she shares two-year-old son Legendary Love.
Speaking on December 11’s episode of the ‘Wednesdays’ podcast, Tiesi told Sophie Habboo, “I'd like to be very clear, we don't co-parent, we are very much together. And that's why people are confused,” as per PEOPLE.
Besides Legendary, Cannon is also the father of 11 more children with six different women. He fathered twins Moroccan Scott and Monroe, born in 2011, with ex-wife Mariah Carey.
He then went on to become the father of sons Golden Sagon and Rise Messiah Cannon, and daughter Powerful Queen in the later years. His other children are Zion Mixolydian, Zillion Heir, Beautiful Zeppelin, Onyx Ice Cole, and Halo Marie Cannon.
Cannon’s one more son with Alyssa Scott, Zen, died in December 2021 after being diagnosed with brain cancer.
Bre Tiesi says she and Nick Cannon are ‘just open and happy’
The ‘Selling Sunset’ star continued on the podcast, “Me and my partner have been on and off for years. Basically, he has other partners, and we're just open and happy and that's our thing... People call it all kinds of s**t, I call it 'I do what I want to do.'”
Tiesi also went on to mention her preferences in the relationship as she noted that she “not a jealous” type person and also not in favor of a “conventional relationship.”
“I don't want a full, live-in person I'm responsible for. Like, I'm responsible for my child. I feel like this is probably — which is so crazy — the healthiest relationship I've ever had. We never fight, we never have any toxicity, we don't argue, nothing,” the the real estate agent added.
Elsewhere in the interview, Tiesi described Cannon as the “best dad”, before stating, “The people he doesn't deal with don't necessarily want or need him around, but I feel like anyone that chooses that or wants that, he's happy to do that.”
“He obviously understands the situation that we're in, so he's really good at doing just what makes everybody happy,” Tiesi asserted.
Bre Tiesi talks about 'mom guilt'
This came after the Netflix star had earlier claimed to not want to get pregnant again.
In September, she revealed, “I love my son, but it's a lot balancing a career and feeling like you have any life at all or any identity at all.”
“It wouldn't be fair to bring in another kid, because I already have this insane mom guilt of not doing enough for him. So how do you have another one?” Tiesi added.
