After a seven-year hiatus, Zellweger, Hugh Grant, and Emma Thompson will reprise their iconic roles in 'Bridget Jones: Mad About the Boy'. The announcement was made by Universal Pictures and Working Title Films.

Grant is set to reprise his role as the charming Daniel Cleaver, marking his return to the franchise after skipping the previous 2016 installment. Thompson will return as Bridget's no-nonsense doctor, bringing her signature wit and charm to the beloved series.

Set four years after the events of 'Bridget Jones's Baby', the fourth installment finds the heroine, Bridget, navigating life as a widow with two young children. Her husband, Mark Darcy (played by Colin Firth in previous films), has tragically died in a landmine accident in Sudan.
