Britney Spears' father Jamie living in RV next to singer's warehouse for six years amid conservatorship controversy

LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: Britney Spears’ estranged father Jamie Spears has been living in an RV next to a warehouse owned by the singer for the past six years.

Jamie's accommodation comes as a surprise, given previous accusations of pocketing millions from his daughter's 13-year-long conservatorship.

Last week, the prolonged court dispute between the 'Toxic' singer and her father concluded, with the judge ruling that Britney must cover her father's $2 million legal fees, per The Sun.

Last week, the popstar and her 71-year-old father reached a settlement, bringing an end to the lengthy court battle.

Though he was accused of taking Britney’s funds, it appears that he does not have a proper home to his name and has been living in the motor vehicle for the past six years. 

Previously, he owned a home in Kentwood, Louisiana, where the Princess of Pop grew up. He sold the property to a local for the mere sum of $275,000 in 2021. 

The new owner listed the house last October under a price cap of $1.2 million.

According to The Sun, Jamie currently resides in a motorhome parked at a storage facility owned by Britney since 2018.

The outlet further reported that he previously purchased a plot of land next to the warehouse in December 2022 for $54,510. However, construction has not yet started at the 0.09-acre land.

Since the court terminated Britney's conservatorship, Jamie has kept a low profile, leading a quiet life in his RV in Louisiana.

Britney Spears blames her mother for the Chateau Marmont incident

Although it was previously reported that Britney was unhappy with the judge's ruling that she had to pay $2 million to her father, it seems she also doesn't have a close relationship with her mother.

Last week, paramedics were summoned during her stay at Chateau Marmont after she twisted her ankle.

On Thursday night, she turned to her Instagram to recount the incident, expressing that the paramedics arrived without her awareness and acknowledging feeling "harassed."

In a subsequent post, she attributed the situation to her mother, stating, "I know my mom was involved!!! I haven't spoken to her in 6 months, and she called right after it happened, before the news got out!!! I was set up just like she did way back when!!! I wish I had grandparents!!! I can't stand her!!!"

"I honestly don’t care I will say it 👍🏻🤷🏼‍♀️ !!! Psss this man is wonderful !!! He’s like a father to me and he got me through last night !!! I adore you and admire you mister Mathew !!!" wrote the songstress while thanking her lawyer Mathew Rosengart.
