Britney Spears reunites with son Jayden James Federline after a year
Britney Spears shared the post just one day after People reported that she had reunited with her son, Jayden James Federline, at her Los Angeles home.
An insider claimed, "Spending time together has made her happy."
This comes more than a year after Spears's ex-husband, Kevin Federline, 46, moved to Hawaii with Jayden and their other son, Sean Preston Federline, 19. The meeting marked the first time in over a year that Spears and Jayden had reportedly seen each other.
The brothers reside in Hawaii with their father, his current wife, Victoria Prince, and their two children, Peyton, eight, and Jordan, 11.
According to TMZ, Spears' ex-husband was unaware that their son had visited the pop star, with his lawyer, Mark Kaplan, stating, "If there has been a reconciliation, it’s news to Kevin."
Spears and Federline parted ways in 2006 after two years of marriage and finalized their divorce in 2007. She is also expected to make her final court-ordered child support payment for Jayden on Friday, November 15.
