She continued, “It is a f**king miracle from God that I played and danced, period. It is insane!!!”
The pop star shared that initially, she decided against going on a vacation because of her sadness. Nevertheless, the water cheered her up.
“I didn’t think I was gonna go at all I was that sad... but immediately I saw the ocean, the small little hotel that looks like an apartment, and the breakfast table inside the pool !!!”
She continued to share “It saddens me people say mean things about me. I’m so damn sick of people saying they are concerned and if you don’t like the way I move, f**k off and don’t watch it !!!”
“After my week of fasting, I sat down to finally have my bacon cheeseburger with a bun that’s so high it looked like a pie and right when I cut it in half right down the middle I saw the white Swiss cheese and my mouth watered,” continued Spears, gushing about food.
She shared a carousel of random pictures and videos, including clips from her beach vacation, an image of her sitting on the sand without any clothing on, and a photo of her chest with a black bra.
Britney Spears previously hit back at trolls for criticism
While Britney Spears shared that the dance videos help her to feel better, she has often received criticism from trolls. However, this is not the first time that she has hit back at haters for hurling rude comments at her.
Previously in 2021, the ‘Circus’ singer made another post for those “who choose to criticize my dancing videos.”

During that time, Spears, who was under the conservatorship of her father Jamie Spears, wrote, “For those of you who choose to criticize my dancing videos ... look I'm not gonna be performing on any stages anytime soon with my dad handling what I wear, say, do, or think 🚫🙅🏼♀️ 🚫!!!!”
She continued, “I've done that for the past 13 years ... I'd much rather share videos YES from my living room instead of onstage in Vegas.”
“And no I'm not gonna put on heavy makeup and try try try on stage again and not be able to do the real deal with remixes of my songs for years and begging to put my new music in my show for MY fans ... so I quit !!!!” she said.
The 'Toxic' singer added, “As I said ... hope is all I have right now ... you're lucky I post anything at all ... if you don't like what you see, unfollow me !!! People try to kill hope because hope is one of the most vulnerable and fragile things there is !!!!”
