On Tuesday, May 28, the ‘Toxic’ singer uploaded a clip on her Instagram where she can be seen wandering around a luxury Las Vegas spa.

Britney was joined by her older brother Bryan Spears, as she spoke in a childlike voice. “My brother we're in Vegas and we're going to the spa and we're lost,” the singer-songwriter can be heard in the video.
It also seemed that Britney was smoking something since small clouds of smoke could be seen coming in front of the camera, reported Daily Mail.
Once she reached the front desk, the ‘Sometimes’ singer chirped, “We have a scheduled appointment for [4pm]!”
She showed around the interior of the spa, adding, “It's like we're in Disneyland for adults!”
