KANSAS CITY, MISSOURI: In an interesting twist of event, neither Taylor Swift nor Travis Kelce were invited to the extravagant party that Brittany Mahomes threw to celebrate turning 29.

The pregnant wife of Kansas City Chiefs quarterback Patrick Mahomes, enjoyed a special meal with friends and her husband before celebrating her 29th birthday on Saturday, August 31.

Brittany Mahomes has been grabbing headlines of late. This time it is her birthday celebration that has sparked conversation.

Brittany, who is expecting her third child, posted several pictures from the private birthday celebration in Chicago that Patrick Mahomes, 28, and her close girl pals attended.

It appears like Swift and Kelce were left out of the celebration since Brittany was seen in the photos with two friends and Patrick.

According to Marca.com, Swift and Brittany are said to have taken precautions to protect their bond amid rumors that political disagreements may fracture their connection.

The issues arose after Brittany came under fire for liking Republican presidential candidate Donald Trump's social media post recently. On the other hand, although Swift has not voiced her support for any candidate in this presidential race, in 2020, the 'Lover' singer had endorsed Joe Biden and Kamala Harris.

So now, to avoid any friction, Swift and Brittany have decided to refrain from talking politics, per Daily Mail.

The insider claimed that Brittany took extra care to uphold this arrangement at a recent gathering Swift threw for Blake Lively at her Rhode Island property, refraining from bringing up politics.

Brittany Mahomes flaunts private jet for birthday celebration

Taylor Swift is famous for using her private jet to travel to and from Kansas City football games with Travis Kelce.

However, Brittany Mahomes stole the show on her 29th birthday when she flaunted her own party jet on Instagram.

Brittany reshared multiple videos that her friends had taken while traveling to Chicago to celebrate her birthday. One featured the interior of the private aircraft, decorated for the soon-to-be mother-of-three with balloons and streamers.

In another video, Brittany's friend Miranda Hogue could be heard joking, "I don't even wake up when my kids are crying at 5 am. But for Brittany, I'm up at 5 am," as she strolled through the airport, per Marca.com.

Patrick, who supported Brittany during her recent controversy, posted a heartfelt birthday message for his beautiful wife on social media.

Brittany recently disclosed that her marriage had given her the courage to be authentic and voice her strong political beliefs.

Brittany Mahomes, along with Patrick Mahomes, enjoyed a special meal on Friday, August 30, with friends prior to celebrating her 29th birthday on Saturday, August 31.

Brittany posted a few photos from the dinner on her Instagram Stories on Friday. The first image was of her friends seated at a restaurant table with balloons behind them, two of which had the number 29 on them.

Over the picture, she wrote, "Birthday dinner with my girlies," and included the names of her friends Lyndsay Bell and Melissa Mathews.

The picture also featured unique menus with the words "Britt's Birthday" inscribed on them on the table in front of the two women, per People.

Brittany then shared a picture of the dining table, which was adorned with several flower vases and candles. She captioned the photo, adding, "And my lover @patrickmahomes," and tagged her husband to indicate that he was also there for the festivities.

The cake, which Brittany posted a picture of on her Instagram Stories, had lots of sparklers on top and was covered in cream, purple, and gold leaf icing.

Candles were used to represent the number "29" on the cake, which was placed on a stand holding dessert plates with cotton candy on top.
