Bruce Willis' wife Emma Heming gives update on her FTD advocacy campaign amid his dementia battle
LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: Emma Hemming Willis leaves no stone unturned to raise awareness about frontotemporal dementia (FTD) while caring for her Hollywood star husband Bruce Willis.
Emma recently took to her Instagram to give a shoutout to a person called Spencer Cline and his future brother-in-law Paul's cross-country cycling to spread awareness about FTD while raising funds.
The 46-year-old British model and the wife of ‘Die Hard’ star has long been a vocal campaigner for FTD, and often uses her social media platform to bare her heart about her advocacy amid her husband’s struggle with dementia.

The mother-of-two has been sharing a three-part series for her Advocacy Updates, where she first talked about Spencer Cline and Paul.
She shared that she would be donating $1 per every mile covered while gushing what Bruce would have said in the matter.
Under the title of, “Part 2 of 3 FTD Advocacy Updates 🚨,” she wrote, “A huge shout to @spencer_cline22 and his future brother-in-law Paul, who are cycling their way across America. There aren’t even pro cyclists! This is just wild! But that’s the effect FTD leaves on us. It makes us passionate and motivated to work for change and to just be seen. Lemme tell you something, we see you Spencer and Paul! I can also see you guys are getting media coverage out there too!”

Alongside, she added, “I can imagine what Bruce would say, “I hope they remember to hydrate.” 😂 I second that. Stay strong and safe out there! I’m so proud of you guys.”
In a previous post titled, “Part 1 of 3 FTD Advocacy Updates 🚨,” she wrote, “Delaware will be the third state to recognize FTD Awareness Week, Sept. 22-29th 2024!”
Sharing the good news, she wrote, “I want to thank Jeanne C., from Delaware for using her voice to bring awareness to her home state. This is so meaningful and impactful and I’m bubbling with excitement over here!”

Apart from being a caregiver to her husband who was diagnosed with FTD in early 2023, Emma has also become a vocal campaigner for FTD awareness.
In an Instagram post from early June, she shared her reason for being an FTD advocate, saying, "Becoming a FTD advocate has brought some power and control back in my life where this disease just takes."
