NEW YORK CITY, NEW YORK: While Emma Heming Willis is raising awareness and supporting her husband Bruce Willis through his illness, she reminisced about their "good times" together.

The 'Die Hard' star was diagnosed with frontotemporal dementia, known as FTD, in 2023 and sources close to the Hollywood actor said his family has been bracing themselves up for the worst.

Emma Heming met with Senator Michelle Hinchey of New York this week to talk about FTD and to continue her effort to end the illness. She, however, joked on her Instagram Story when she was traveling about her and Bruce's existence "in sin" before his tragic illness.

Capturing a residential complex from her vehicle, she wrote: "Spotted on my way to Albany. Our old NY apartment where Bruce and I were living in sin. Good times," per The Mirror.

Later that day, Emma uploaded a photo and said: "We were able to meet with Senate Majority Leader Andrea Stewart Cousins to tell her our FTD stories and let her know why an FTD registry would be so beneficial."

"I'm so grateful to @michellehincheynysenate for all she has done in NY for FTD awareness," Emma continued.

She shared a photo of the two talking about her husband's health and wrote, "She has inspired me in so many ways to get on with advocacy efforts to #endFTD."

She posted a photo from the FTD campaign on her photo grid with the caption, "I love this photo because if you look at everyone's face, we’re all beaming with pride. FTD leaves families passionate about working for change, and raw from the day-to-day emotional impact this disease has on us."

"But we do the work to honor our loved ones and to make it a bit lighter for the next family. I hope we’ll never have to welcome you into this community but if you find yourself here, you’ll be surrounded by people who understand, care and will lift you and your loved one up," Emma added.
