LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: Being one of the top basketball players, Caitlin Clark’s personal life has become a newsworthy topic. Many also want to know if she is single or not.
As per Page Six, the 22-year-old is in a relationship and her lover is Connor McCaffery. The pair made their relationship Instagram official in August 2023.
Clark posted two pictures with her beau on the social media site and captioned them as “Best end to summer.”

Who is Connor McCaffery?
McCaffery played basketball as well as baseball when he joined the University of Iowa as a student.
However, due to the COVID-19 pandemic and its aftereffects, he had to drop baseball but continued to play basketball till 2023.

The publication reported that the 25-year-old, however, did not choose basketball as his profession.
Connor McCaffery worked as team assistant to Indiana Pacers
Instead, he began working as a team assistant to the Indiana Pacers.
Last year, he said, as reported by Hawk Central, “I’ll play dummy defense, run the scout team, help coaches on film stuff, help on video projects if they need, scouting reports if they need.”
He continued, “It’s kind of all-hands on deck, whatever you’re asked to do, be ready to do it. It’s a way in.
“It’s an entry-level job. You’ve got to work hard and work your way up. That’s obviously what I want to do.”

McCaffery went on to share, “I’m really excited. I want to get away and try to learn from someone else, somewhere else. I’ve always been under my dad’s shadow and tutelage.”
“Now, learning from someone like coach (Rick) Carlisle … and the assistants they have there, they’re all good basketball minds ... I’m just going to try to take everything in,” he added at the time.

After Clark and her team’s win against LSU Tigers earlier this month, he posted on his now-disappeared Instagram Story, “Out of words for this 1.”
Also, when Clark turned 22 in Janaury, McCaffery wrote on the social media platform, “Happy Birthday 22. Wish I was there to celebrate with you — you deserve the best day. Golden Bday/T Swift year will be the best yet.”
