Caitlin Clark spills the tea on her experience of sharing private suite with Taylor Swift at Chiefs game

KANSAS CITY, MISSOURI: Caitlin Clark was all thrilled and excited after being in the same VIP suite with Taylor Swift as they watched the Kansas City Chiefs playing against the Houston Texans in Arrowhead Stadium on January 18.

During the Monday, January 27, episode of the ‘Swarmcast’ podcast, the WNBA star shared, as per Life & Style, “I’m a huge Chiefs fan and Taylor is a huge Chiefs fan.”

“Taylor is very sweet and very kind and it’s a good reminder that people in our position are very normal. We enjoy watching sports and hanging out with our friends. It puts a great perspective of life,” Caitlin Clark mentioned.

Clark also revealed that she was excited after finding out that the Grammy winner singer “loves the Chiefs as much as” her.

She noted, “It’s just cute to see how excited she is for the Chiefs and getting to share that I was like. ‘Oh my god she loves this, she loves the Chiefs as much as me, this is incredible'.”

Regarding their time together inside the suite while watching the game, the University of Iowa alumni said, “We had so much fun and honestly it was the perfect game. The Chiefs won, it was close at halftime, Travis scored a huge touchdown for the Chiefs, we ended up winning.”

“There was nothing crazy that happened and we felt confident as it got to the end. It ended up being a perfect game,” Clark added.

Baron Corbin raved about Taylor Swift

Like the Indiana Fever guard, former WWE wrestler Baron Corbin has also earlier enthusiastically spoken about watching a Chiefs home game in the same private suite as the ‘Love Story’ hitmaker during the 2024-2025 NFL season.

Corbin reportedly said during the January 23 episode of ‘Insight With Chris Van Vliet’ podcast, “As they say it, she was [walking] into the room. My brother’s freaking a little bit and she walks right up to everybody, gives them a hug [and] gives us a hug like it was like you were instantly family.”

Skip Bayless asks Caitlin Clark to not associate herself with Taylor Swift

But sports commentator Skip Bayless does not seem to be a fan of Taylor Swift as he even asked Caitlin Clark to keep her distance from the singer.

On X, he wrote, “WAIT, CAITLIN CLARK IS UP IN THE ARROWHEAD BOX WITH TAYLOR SWIFT??? CAITLIN, YOU DON'T NEED TO BE SEEN WITH HER. YOU'RE BIGGER THAN SHE IS. JUST STAY ON YOUR OWN PATH.”

But that wasn’t it, Bayless also shared a rant video, as reported by Sports Illustrated, “Please, somebody tell me what possessed Caitlin Clark to associate with Taylor Swift. You don't need Taylor Swift and the Swifties. You've got the Clarkies, there are billions of them.”

“Come on, I lose a little bit of respect for you, Caitlin," he added.
