NEW YORK CITY, NEW YORK: Cassie Ventura has welcomed her third child. The singer gave birth to a baby boy with her husband, Alex Fine, on Tuesday in New York City.
The news of Ventura’s delivery came after a source confirmed she was rushed to a labor and delivery unit in a New York City hospital.

Ventura, 38, delivered "a baby boy" with her husband, Alex Fine, according to People.
TMZ also reported, “The singer-songwriter gave birth Tuesday in a New York City hospital.”

Sources confirmed to the publication that both "mother and child are healthy and doing well, despite arriving slightly earlier than her due date."
The couple first announced they were expecting a third baby with a heartfelt Instagram post on February 19.
Ventura captioned her post, “🤰🏽💙 #3,” alongside black-and-white photos of her showing off her baby bump, joined by Fine, 31, and their daughters Sunny, 3, and Frankie, 5.

Fine posted the same photo on his Instagram with the caption, “Best gift I could ask for,” tagging photographer Jorden Keith.
Fine, who married Ventura in 2019, responded with a series of heart emojis under the post and shared a gif of Cardi B with the caption, “Bro, I’m five months pregnant! I can't even breathe,” possibly hinting at Ventura’s pregnancy progress at the time.
