LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: Celine Dion had a humorous reaction to her classic hit, 'My Heart Will Go On', in a new video.

The 56-year-old singer, widely recognized for her iconic contribution to the 1997 'Titanic' soundtrack, tried to play Edith Piaf’s 'Hymne a l'amour' but encountered some playful resistance from her digital assistant, Siri.

Celine Dion finds humor in Siri’s repeated reference to her iconic song

As Celine Dion attempted to stream her rendition of Edith Piaf's song, Siri amusingly misinterpreted her request, repeatedly suggesting her famous 'Titanic' ballad.

In the clip, Dion asked Siri, “Hey Siri, play ‘Hymne a l'amour’ by Celine Dion?” However, Siri replied, “I cannot find that track by Celine Dion but here is ‘My Heart Will Go On.’”

A frustrated Dion exclaimed, “No! Hello, No, no, no.”

She tried again, this time saying, “Hey Siri, can you play ‘Hymne a l'amour’ by Celine Dion please?” Yet, Siri repeated, “I cannot find that track by Celine Dion but here is ‘My Heart Will Go On.’”

Falling into laughter, Dion humorously responded, “Never mind!”

The star then asked Siri in a strong French accent to see if a different approach would work.

At last, Siri recognized the request and responded, “Okay, here is ‘Hymne a l'amour’ by Celine Dion.”

Holding her phone in disbelief, Dion gave a thumbs-up and smiled, reported Daily Mail.

Celine Dion’s return to the stage after health challenges

Celine Dion performed Edith Piaf's 'Hymne a l'amour' at the Paris 2024 Olympics Opening Ceremony in July.

This marked her first live performance since revealing her diagnosis of stiff-person syndrome in 2022.

Following her emotional return, Dion released the official live version of the song in October.

Her Paris performance, set against the backdrop of the Eiffel Tower, was a powerful moment for fans who had awaited her return to the stage.

The event was particularly symbolic, as it occurred 28 years after Dion’s first Olympic appearance at the Atlanta Games in 1996.

Celine Dion’s heartfelt message to athletes at Paris Olympics

Following her appearance at the 2024 Paris Olympics, Celine Dion took to X (formerly Twitter) to share her gratitude for the experience.

“I’m honored to have performed tonight, for the Paris 2024 Opening Ceremony, and so full of joy to be back in one of my very favorite cities!” Dion wrote.

She continued, “Most of all, I’m so happy to be celebrating these amazing athletes, with all their stories of sacrifice and determination, pain and perseverance.”

“All of you have been so focused on your dream, and whether or not you take home a medal. I hope that being here means that it has come true for you!” the singer added.

Dion concluded her message by writing, “You should all be so proud, we know how hard you have worked to be the best of the best. Stay focused, keep going, my heart is with you!” signing off with, “- Celine xx…”
