LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: It seems Cher’s son Elijah Blue Allman already had an idea that his famous mother would be filing documents in court to become a conservator for him.

The 47-year-old’s recent posts have reportedly hinted toward it.

The tagged account only shared a single post that read, “There are around 2000 ‘Anexos’ in Mexico. Foreign, US, and Mexican nationals are being horrifically abused in these Anexos, and in some cases are being held for years. Many of these facilities are illegal. #imprisonmentviaconservatorship.”

Elijah tagged the same account again while making a post on December 19.

Posting Tim Robbins’s picture from the film ‘Shawshank Redemption’, he noted, “A beautiful night…angelic insouciance, if just for a moment…I knew you’d love them. #Interpol #Aldune #imprisonmentviaconservatorship @imprisonmentviaconservatorship.”

The troubled son of Cher made numerous posts using the same “@imprisonmentviaconservatorship” but did not detail anything about it.

Elijah Blue Allman has ‘severe mental health and substance abuse issues’

This came as on Wednesday, December 27, his mother requested the Los Angeles Superior Court for conservatorship.

In her papers, Cher alleged that her son “is substantially unable to manage his financial resources due to severe mental health and substance abuse issues."

The documents also stated that Elijah “is entitled to regular distributions from a trust established by his father for his benefit, but given his ongoing mental health and substance abuse issues, petitioner is concerned that any funds distributed to Elijah will immediately be spent on drugs, leaving Elijah with no assets to provide for himself, and putting Elijah’s life at risk.”

In her court filing, the ‘Moonstruck’ star has accused Elijah’s estranged wife Marieangela King of “not supportive of Elijah’s recovery and that Angela actively works to keep Elijah from getting clean and sober or receiving mental health treatment that he desperately needs.”

“Most recently, petitioner is informed and believes that Angela took steps to check Elijah out of the treatment center where he was receiving much-needed medical care,” Cher’s papers added.
