Chris Hemsworth reveals his 'sustainable' New Year resolution amid split rumors with wife Elsa Pataky
BYRON BAY, AUSTRALIA: Chris Hemsworth has opened up about his New Year plan amid rumors that he and his wife Elsa Pataky’s relationship has gone sour.

Chris Hemsworth encourages people to make lifestyle changes
“As I sit here starting 2024 with my family and friends, it really got me to thinking about the ‘new year, new me’ mentality that made the rounds on social media and I have some thoughts.”
He continued, “We as a society have to start working on our goals in progression and never in absolutes. Flipping a switch and yourself when the calendar changes is never going to be a sustainable way to achieve your goals.”
“It’s just a quick way to get discouraged,” Hemsworth stated, before adding, “The only way to move forward consistently is to make easy lifestyle changes until they become your new habit, your new routine.”
The Australian actor also asserted that he’s “going to put more breathwork" into his workout, "more meditations, better sleep practices, and finally more functional movements" into his exercises.
‘They’re still very much a united family’
This came after reports began doing the rounds that Hemsworth and the Spanish model had “drifted apart”.
A mole disclosed to In Touch, “The status of Chris and Elsa’s marriage is a question mark. The separate vacations are a huge red flag, but it’s more than that. They’re still very much a united family, but they’ve drifted apart as a couple.”

However, the ‘Extraction’ actor and Pataky were seen celebrating Christmas together.

The pictures showed her happy with Hemsworth and the rest of the family.
