LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: Former 'General Hospital' actress Haley Pullos has been sentenced to 90 days in jail after pleading no contest to driving under the influence in a case stemming from a 2023 accident, according to RadarOnline.com.

Pullos, 25, who portrayed Molly Lansing-Davis on the daytime soap opera, received the sentence along with five years of probation.

The decision was reached during her appearance in a Los Angeles court on Monday, where she appeared wearing a cream-colored silk button-up and a blazer with slacks. She maintained a stoic demeanor but couldn't hide her disdain when she spotted nearby paparazzi.

Online records indicate she was booked into Pasadena Jail at 12:47 pm, but she is expected to serve her sentence at LA County Jail.

Upon her release, Pullos will be required to fulfill 200 hours of community service, and her driver's license will be suspended for a year.

This ruling comes one year after her arrest for driving on the wrong side of the freeway and causing a head-on collision with another vehicle in April 2023.

The collision led to substantial damage to both vehicles, necessitating the use of the jaws of life to extract Pullos from her car.

Initially confronted with additional charges of felony DUI causing bodily injury and misdemeanor hit and run, Pullos opted for a plea deal, resulting in the dismissal of those charges.

Law enforcement reported that Pullos lost control of her white 2019 Ford, veering across the freeway divider and crashing head-on into a white 2020 Kia traveling at 60 MPH.

Police also discovered marijuana edibles and miniature bottles of liquor in Pullos' car. There were allegations that she exhibited aggression towards hospital staff during post-collision checks.

“The damages alleged in the complaint occurred and were proximately caused by either the sole negligent and/or intentional conduct of Plaintiffs, which sole negligent and/or intentional conduct bars Plaintiff’s recovery, or were contributed by Plaintiffs’ negligent and/or intentional conduct, and Plaintiffs’ recovery, if any, should be reduced by an amount proportionate to the amount by which Plaintiffs’ negligent," she claimed in the documents.

Pullos checked into rehab after the crash. She also lost her role at 'General Hospital,' to Brooke Anne Smith.
