In a touching blog post, Feek shared details of the intimate wedding, which took place under a picturesque timber-frame pavilion. The ceremony was graced by their 10-year-old daughter, Indiana, as well as close friends and family.

Feek added a personal touch to the celebration by performing a song he wrote for Rebecca, titled “I Do.” The music video for the song captured moments from the wedding, showcasing Rebecca in a long-sleeved lace gown and Feek in a red velvet vest. The emotional song reflected Feek’s gratitude for finding love again and his commitment to making Rebecca happy.

“I found myself thinking about how blessed I was to be given the opportunity to love again,” Feek wrote. “To not only feel loved but to get the chance to give love again. To be the one who gets to spend my life making Rebecca happy.”

The ceremony was a deeply moving experience, with Feek serenading Rebecca as she smiled and shed tears of joy. The couple exchanged vows and sealed their commitment with a kiss before celebrating with Indiana, who played a special role in the day.

Feek revealed that his daughter was a significant factor in his decision to remarry. Initially viewing Rebecca as her “school teacher and friend,” he decided to matty her after Indiana expressed her desire for Rebecca to become her new mother.

“I asked Indy, and she told me that she said, ‘Ms Rebecca, I think you should marry Papa,’” Feek recalled. “And then Indy looked at me and said, ‘And I told Miss Rebecca that my Mama’s been gone a long time. And if she marries you, maybe she could be my new mother…’”

Feek described the moment he shared with Rebecca and Indiana at the wedding as one of his most cherished memories.

“I think by-far my and her favorite moment of the wedding was this one. When Indiana was given the gift of having a Mama in her life again. And Rebecca was given the gift of being a mother. And we became a family,” he reflected in his blog.
