David Beckham's assistant with whom he allegedly cheated on Victoria claims she caught him with another woman

LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: The Beckhams’ not-so-private lives have once again come to the fore with author Tom Bower chronicling in his new book the different affairs of soccer legend David Beckham. 

The former England soccer star has allegedly cheated on his wife Victoria several times during the quarter century of their married life together. 

Author Tom Bower, in the book ‘The House of Beckham’, scheduled to be released in the US on June 25, writes that David has cheated on his wife, not with one but multiple women. One among them has even found him in bed with a model, per Page Six.

David Beckham’s multiple cheating allegations

The British journalist writes in his book that the former Manchester United star - who married Victoria in 1999 - had a fling with his former secretary Rebecca Loos in 2004. 

Loos, allegedly seeing the soccer star’s parsimonious nature, decided to speak out about their affair. However, her affair is not the only fling she talked about. 

Bower claimed that Loos once walked into a room to find David in bed with Spanish model Esther Canadas.

The investigative journalist writes in his book that the incident allegedly happened when the soccer star was partying in his former Real Madrid teammate Christiano Ronaldo’s villa. An angry Victoria apparently called Loos to track down her husband one night. 

At around 3 am in the morning, the then-personal assistant of the Inter Miami CF soccer club’s owner found him with the Spanish model. 

Bower narrates that Loos knocked and told him, “David, I have your wife on the phone.” When he opened the door to answer, Loos claimed she saw Canadas in the bed.

She allegedly told a friend later, “I looked at him, very hurt,” before adding, “I thought I was the only one.”

In his Netflix documentary 'Beckham', David recalled the time saying it was a “difficult” era for his wife saying, “Victoria is everything to me.”

Loos, however, later told Daily Mail in an interview, “He can say whatever he likes, of course, and I understand he has an image to preserve, but he is portraying himself as the victim and he’s making me look like a liar, like I’ve made up these stories…”

Referring to the star, she added, “He is indirectly suggesting that I’m the one who has made Victoria suffer.”

Victoria too recounted that time of her life, saying, that “it was the hardest period for us, because it felt like the world was against us. And here’s the thing, we were against each other, if I’m being completely honest.” 

Apart from Loos and Canadas, David Beckham was also linked with model Celina Laurie in 2002, a beauty salon owner Danielle Heath, and DJ Lady Mary Charteris in 2017. 

The Beckhams thought they left the past behind

As the book gives a not-so-stellar picture of the Beckhams’ marriage, it dwells upon the fact that the couple previously courted the idea of getting divorced. 

While all seems to be well now, the legacy of their past seems to be haunting enough. 

A source close to the couple recently shared with Page Six, “There may not be anything we don’t know in this book, but having it all in one place is super damning. Victoria and David will have thought they left all of this behind.”

They added, “It’s a legacy you don’t want to have. It doesn’t matter how you dress it up, the maggots are out of the woodwork.”
