WASHINGTON, DC: In a bold move to exact revenge on the media, the disgraced former Congressman George Santos took it upon himself to critique the fashion choices of media personalities and celebrities at the prestigious White House Correspondents' Dinner, as reported by New York Post.

Styling himself as a "Culture commentator at large," Santos unleashed a series of scathing reviews on X (formerly Twitter), skewering the looks of esteemed journalists and acclaimed actresses alike with his unfiltered assessments.

George Santos unleashes scathing reviews about fashion choices

"Get ready as tonight I do my second annual White House Corespondent [sic] dinner fashion review! Y'all know I'm going to come for you so please spare me the tears," Santos had warned in his initial post, setting the stage for an onslaught of controversial commentary.

"Every birds maid [sic] nightmare. This is just not in, or out… I'm just left speechless as to how bad the dress is and the accessorizing attempt was. What was @JujuChangABC thinking… please lay off the 'vintage'…," Santos said, taking aim at ABC News' Juju Chang.

NBC's Kristen Welker was next in the line of fire, with Santos declaring, "Did someone say PINK? I struggled with this one, but I established that it was a fail. MISS THANG here needed to have less and she went for MORE… Sorry but not sorry @kwelkernbc you clearly don't use 'less is more' in your life."

Even 'The View' co-hosts Sunny Hostin and Alyssa Farah didn't escape Santos' wrath.

"Then there was the let down… you see last year I gave @sunny best dressed only for her to come in and bomb with this absolutely terrible look… it's like she tripped in a Time Machine and took this dress from a old [sic] Spice Girls your closet. I had big expectations for Sunny…," he remarked about Hostin's outfit.

Santos deemed Farah's dress as unsuitable, remarking, "Ahhhh @Alyssafarah… I mean not the type of structure we mean when we ask you to be more structured girl… the dress is simply not made for you… I don't want to knock the dress because it's redeemable, you just didn't understand the assignment."

Abby Phillip and Rachel Brosnahan receive rare compliments from George Santos

Amidst the onslaught of criticism, Santos did manage to find a few outfits that met his approval. CNN's Abby Phillip and actress Rachel Brosnahan received rare compliments from the self-proclaimed fashion critic.

"So I must say this year it was hard to find good looks, but there were a few that understood the assignment and I'll start off with miss CNN @abbydphillip. This was elegant, edgy and displayed the right amount of sass," Santos praised Phillip's ensemble.

As for Brosnahan, he gushed, "Another classic red carpet showstopper look came from this stunning beauty… look how Rachel Brosnahan delivered Fashion Week 2024 and she slayed the boots house down on this look."

Internet mocks George Santos' entry into fashion criticism

Santos' entry into fashion criticism did not go unnoticed by Internet users, and the backlash was swift and merciless. One user on X remarked, "Beyond parody. The ppl who elected this clown should be eternally embarrassed."

Another user chimed in, "The boys in prison would love to get your fashion advice! Especially your future cellmate!" A third wrote, "Look at who is trying to become relevant." Someone else commented, "Enjoy it, soon you'll be reviewing orange jumpsuits."

A fifth user expressed disdain, stating, "No one wants to hear your opinions on anything, least of all, fashion. You can't even dress yourself." Another critiqued Santos' fashion sense, noting, "You have less than zero business commenting on fashion disaster… you are the definition of flawed fashion."

A user stated, "Dude, among a zillion other things…you are definitely a gigantic fashion DON’T. You have as much fashion sense as a chimpanzee." Not holding back, another wrote "Oh look! A lying, corrupt piece of sh*t has thoughts about fashion!"
