NEW YORK CITY, NEW YORK: Demi Lovato took a playful jab at Kim Kardashian during her honeymoon with husband Jordan "Jutes" Lutes by hilariously recreating the reality star’s infamous ocean meltdown over a lost earring.

The newlywed singer, 32, shared glimpses of her tropical escape on Instagram, where she parodied the iconic 'Keeping Up With The Kardashians' scene that unfolded during the Kardashian clan's Bora Bora vacation.

In one clip, the former 'Disney' Channel star comically reenacted the unforgettable moment when Kim Kardashian lost her diamond earring in the ocean during a family trip to Bora Bora.

Lovato was shown swimming in the crystal-clear water, dramatically delivering Kardashian's lines: “My earring’s gone! Oh my God I’m gonna cry! Oh my gosh, my earring.” 

The scene then cut to Jutes, who played along as Kourtney Kardashian, saying, “What’s wrong with you guys?”

Demi climbed out of the ocean, adding, “My diamond earring came off in the ocean and it's gone,” followed by Jutes' deadpan, “Kim, there’s people that are dying.”

In the caption of the short reel, Lovato penned her followers: "We had to," while her husband also commented a slew of laughing face emojis.
