LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: Demi Moore’s personal diary, which chronicles the challenges of her early years, has resurfaced after being discarded in a storage unit once owned by her ex-husband, Bruce Willis.
The handwritten pages, labeled “Demi Private Memoirs,” were reportedly discovered by an airport worker after Willis, who is currently battling dementia, had his storage hangar at Santa Monica Airport cleared out.

As Demi Moore continues to shine during awards season for her acclaimed role in 'The Substance', her private reflections from decades ago are now being revealed.
The diary entries, which offer a candid glimpse into her struggles with addiction, relationships, and tumultuous youth, were written in the mid-1980s and obtained by the Daily Mail.
Moore’s raw and unfiltered accounts document her descent into alcohol and cocaine addiction, which she traces back to her difficult first marriage to musician Freddy Moore, The Blast.
“The night before my wedding, I took a bottle of champagne, I went over to this guy’s house who I was doing a film with at the time, well, he woke me up at 10:30 the next morning, and I was supposed to be ready by one,” Moore admitted.
She described her wedding day as a blur of regret. “Late, hungover, and guilty was how I faced my wedding day, the next three years didn’t get better. I drank more and started doing coke, had quite a few affairs which were all just a part of getting away with something and not getting caught.”
Moore's level of self-awareness was remarkable as she contemplated the consequences of her actions “I feel so disgusted with myself, not only using drugs but people too. I never realized how selfish and unfair I was.”

The diary also reveals details about Demi Moore's intense but tumultuous relationship with Emilio Estevez, whom she dated from 1985 to 1986. She expressed the thrill of receiving messages from him, saying, “Every time he called, it would make my heart jump.”
However, their relationship was overshadowed by her struggles with substance abuse.
While on a road trip with Estevez, Moore recounted an episode where she blacked out after consuming a pitcher of kamikazes.
“So much for never drinking hard liquor again,” she remarked. “I found myself in a blackout then hungover, confused, alone, and longing for that next high to get me out of my misery.”
Although Estevez was patient with her, Moore confessed that she fell into the same self-destructive patterns again just days afterward. “I’m surprised he didn’t kill me on the spot,” she confessed.
Moore and Willis were a famous Hollywood couple in the 1990s. They met in 1987, married later that year, and had three daughters: Rumer, Scout, and Tallulah. They separated in 1998 and divorced in 2000 but remained close friends and co-parents.
