LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: Demi Moore remains deeply connected with her ex-husband, Bruce Willis, 69, despite their divorce in 2000 after 13 years of marriage.
While speaking with Variety about her Academy Award nomination for 'The Substance', Moore also touched on her enduring relationship with Willis and their blended family.

Moore and Willis share three daughters: Rumer, 36, Scout, 33, and Tallulah, 31.
Willis also has two younger daughters, Mabel, 12, and Evelyn, 10, with his wife, Emma Heming Willis, whom he married in 2009.
“We will always be a family, just in a different form,” Moore said.
Despite the end of their marriage, Moore has maintained a strong friendship with Willis and has been a pillar of support for his wife, Emma.
According to Variety, she visits Willis weekly and plays an active role in his life, as well as in the lives of his younger children.
Moore emphasized the importance of maintaining a loving relationship despite divorce, saying, “For me, there was never a question. I show up because that’s what you do for the people you love.”

She hopes that her experience can serve as an example for others navigating co-parenting after divorce, demonstrating that "there is life after divorce. There is a way to co-parent with love."
Bruce Willis' health update and public appearance
BWillis was diagnosed with aphasia in 2022, leading to his retirement from acting.
His condition later progressed to frontotemporal dementia, which was publicly announced in 2023.
While discussing Willis' health with CNN's Christiane Amanpour in December, Moore reassured fans that he is currently in a "stable place."

She also shared insights into how she and the rest of the family are handling his condition.
"It’s so important for anybody who’s dealing with this to really meet them where they’re at. And from that place, there is such loving and joy," Moore explained, according to People.
Willis made a rare public appearance in January when his wife Emma posted a video of him on Instagram.

The footage marked the first time the legendary actor had been seen in public since his diagnosis.
