Diddy, who remains behind bars for sex trafficking and racketeering charges, was denied bail twice despite using his and his mother Janice Combs' Miami houses as a $50 million collateral.

On Wednesday, September 25, his appeal to overturn the bail denial also went futile, and he would be required to continue under imprisonment while pending trial.

Diddy was able to "speak briefly to family members and his children via phone," according to a report by People.

The disgraced rapper, who is father to three sons and four daughters, was "very concerned about his kids and their well-being," according to an insider source.

He adopted his eldest son Quincy, 33, who was born to his late partner Kim Porter and Al B Sure! Diddy's youngest child, Love, with model Dana Tran, was born in October 2022.

A second source told People that the rapper's children were "in a state of crisis and shock," and it was "heartbreaking" to see their situation.

"This is their father. But to them, he's not Diddy β€” he's Dad. He has always been a loving, devoted father," the insider added.
