LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: Sean "Diddy" Combs' arrest has sent ripples through his family, particularly affecting his 17-year-old twin daughters, Jessie and D'Lila Combs

As the music mogul grapples with serious charges of sex trafficking, racketeering conspiracy, and transportation to engage in prostitution, his young daughters are reportedly seeking a new place to call home, as per Page Six

Jessie and D'Lila Combs found the situation with their father incredibly tough

The twins, who have already endured the loss of their mother, Kim Porter, are now navigating the tumultuous waters of their father's legal battles while trying to maintain a semblance of normalcy in their lives.

Sources close to the family have revealed to the US Sun that Jessie and D'Lila are actively searching for a rental home in Los Angeles. This comes as a direct result of their father's recent arrest and subsequent detention.

The girls are not alone in this endeavor; they are being assisted by Lawanda "Lala" Lane, a close friend of their late mother, who has stepped into the role of caretaker during this challenging time.

"The twins have found the situation with their dad incredibly tough, they are only 17 and still at school. Being a teenager is hard enough and now they have to go through this being so public," shared an insider with the publication.

They emphasized the girls' desire for normalcy, stating, "They want to focus on trying to have things as normal as possible at the moment."

Jessie and D'Lila Combs' decision to seek new arrangements not solely based on current crisis

Having said that, the decision to seek new living arrangements is not solely based on the current family crisis. The insider further revealed that the twins' previous living situation with their father had presented its own challenges.

"They were living with their dad and the commute to school was pretty hard for them, so that's also why they have been looking," explained the source.

This practical consideration, coupled with the need for a stable environment away from the media frenzy, has supposedly prompted the search for a new home.

The Bad Boy Records founder's arrest on September 16 sent shockwaves through the music industry and beyond.

Diddy, a figure synonymous with hip-hop royalty, now finds himself behind bars at Brookly's Metropolitan Detention Center awaiting trial. His bail request was rejected twice.

Judge Andrew L Carter said the prosecutors proved "by clear and convincing evidence" that no amount of bail could guarantee Diddy wouldn't tamper with witnesses, as per the Associated Press

The gravity of the charges against him has cast a long shadow over his decades-long career and philanthropic efforts.

Despite the severity of the allegations, Diddy has maintained his innocence, pleading not guilty to all charges.

The legal process is expected to be lengthy and complex, with potential ramifications that could reshape the landscape of the music industry.
