Dolly Parton is 'blown away' by Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce's $2M donation to her charity
LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: Dolly Parton shared a heartfelt thank-you video message for Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce just before their Friday, July 3, wedding.

The couple reportedly donated $2 million to her charity, and the 80-year-old actress said she was “blown away and overjoyed with that gratitude” in the viral post shared on X and Instagram.
Dolly Parton's playful request to Taylor Swift
The Queen of Country began her message, saying, “Taylor and Travis, it's Dolly, and I was just told that you two were making a donation of $2 million to my Imagination Library. I'm blown away and overjoyed with that gratitude.”
She then jokingly continued that it was clear the Grammy winner and the football star considered giving back to society an important part of their lives, adding, “so hey, when you have your firstborn, can I have it? Because that is gonna be one special baby!”

In her message, Parton also spoke about her charity, saying, “You know the mission of the Dollywood Foundation is to dream more, care more, learn more and be more, and thank you again for your very generous gift. And, we'll continue that mission even in bigger ways now with your money.”
The ‘9 to 5’ hitmaker concluded her message by adding, “So, thank you, and know that I will always love you,” before appearing to sing a line from her 1974 song.

Taylor Swift donates millions before wedding
This came after reports claimed that Swift and Kelce donated $26 million to more than 20 charities ahead of their much-anticipated wedding.
Some of the organizations that reportedly received donations include Brad Paisley and Kimberly Paisley's The Store in Nashville, City Harvest, New York Cares, Los Angeles Regional Food Bank, Hassenfeld Children's Hospital at NYU Langone, Harvesters in Kansas City, Helping Harvest in Pennsylvania, Rhode Island Community Food Bank, Feeding America, the ASPCA, and Grammy in the Schools.
Meanwhile, the ‘Cruel Summer’ singer and the NFL player, both 36, reportedly said “I do” on July 3, almost a year after their engagement. At the time, they wrote in a joint social media post, “Your English teacher and your gym teacher are getting married 🧨.”
