WASHINGTON, DC: Donald Trump and Joe Biden had a face-off on Thursday, June 27, during the first Presidential debate organized by CNN.

The debate saw both competitors making accusations and throwing dirt at each other.

At one point, the 46th President even called out his predecessor for having a sexual encounter with former adult film star, Stormy Daniels, which led to the hush money trial in Manhattan.

Trump was convicted on May 30 after it was proved that he made hundreds of thousands of dollars of payment to Daniels to buy her silence before the 2016 election. He will soon be sentenced in the hush money case while he fixes his eye on the Oval Office.

Biden, as reported by The List, told Trump, “Having sex with a porn star, on the night [...] while your wife was pregnant. I mean, what are you talking about? [...] You have the morals of an alley cat.”

Although the 81-year-old US leader did not get everything right as Trump reportedly had the sexual encounter with Daniels after his son Barron was born, it did not bother the 45th President.

Body language expert decodes Donald Trump’s smirk

Body language expert Traci Brown said, “We are indeed seeing his smirk. Lips closed and wide, eyebrows up. He also shrugs his shoulders. All of this says 'maybe' with a bit of pride. He did shake his head no but it's more important what he ends with.”

Despite the 78-year-old Republican dismissing the affair claim during the hush money trial as well as during the debate, his gesture tells a different story, the fraud-busting specialist claimed.

“It's telling that he has way more gestures supporting than denying the accusation,” she asserted.

Brown added, “Generally Trump's tell to reveal deception is his accordion gesture. And we saw that during his denial. He's trying to show that everything is under control.”

Internet reacts as body language expert decodes Donald Trump's smirk

People online also reacted to Trump’s body language as an X user tweeted, “Trump does not care what anybody thinks about any shameful thing he has done. He just says he didn't do it and that sums it up for himself. He learned that to repeat, repeat, repeat and his people will believe him over any other.”

Another user wrote, “The man brags about taking & passing ‘hard’ tests  & challenging Biden to take them. Here's an idea... why don't we get them both to take polygraph tests? If Trump's body language gives truth to the fact he's lying, he definitely knows he's lying.”

One user remarked, "Donald Trump spent the night talking about himself, his lies, his legal woes, his affairs with a porn star, and his golf championships at his own club. What a bunch of malarkey. Together, we can keep him out of the White House.”

Political activist Harry Sisson shared, “CNN just told it like it is ‘Donald Trump broke the fact check machine.’ That’s right. Every word out of convicted felon Trump’s mouth was a lie. He cannot stop being dishonest to the American people. He is a complete and utter disgrace.”

“Biden had a bad debate. Biden is not going to drop out. Trump lied through the entire debate - he even said he didn’t sleep with Stormy Daniels. Voting for Biden will still be the easiest choice I will make in my entire life,” a user added.
