WASHINGTON, DC: Donald Trump has just dropped the name of his communications director for the White House and it’s his loyalist and confidant Steven Cheung.

The 42-year-old advisor has been part of Trump’s first term in office as well when he served as director of strategic response.

Steven Cheung was picked by Donald Trump after a series of nominations, including Rep Matt Gaetz to be Attorney General and North Dakota Governor Doug Burgum as Interior Secretary.

Trump in his statement said, “Steven Cheung and Sergio Gor have been trusted Advisors since my first Presidential Campaign in 2016, and have continued to champion America First principles throughout my First Term, all the way to our Historic Victory in 2024," reported US News

“I am thrilled to have them join my White House as we, Make America Great Again!” he added.

Cheung is known for making controversial remarks and slamming opponents in his unique manner. The 42-year-old successfully led Trump's presidential campaign slithering attacks at rival Kamala Harris
