Donald Trump’s old clip from his ‘The Apprentice’ days resurfaces
Recently, an old clip from 2006 resurfaced on the internet, that showed the 47th President of the USA amid the tranquil setting of his family, consisting of his wife Melania and the couple’s only son, Barron, per New York Post.
The clip started with Trump, initially seated in a white Rolls Royce Corniche convertible in the driveway of an oceanside mansion, coming out of his vehicle to meet his family.
Dressed in a dark suit and white shirt, Trump removed his black glasses as Melania — wearing an elegant pink blouse and a matching pink scarf — came out of the house, holding blanket-wrapped Barron, who appeared to be only a few months old.
The clip gave an insider view of the Trumps’ family life, as Melania coos seeing an approaching Donald Trump, “Daddy’s coming home! Say ‘hi, daddy!'”
The GOP leader then greeted his wife with an affectionate “hi, honey,” when the first lady replied warmly, “Hello, honey, welcome home,” before giving him an affectionate kiss on the lips.
The doting father then turned his attention to his little bundle of joy and planted a loving kiss on Barron’s face.
The camera further panned to capture the footage of the couple walking and talking before coming to a halt as the future president addressed the camera.
He started, giving a short description of the show, saying, “After a 14-week job interview, only one candidate will remain. Who will succeed? Who will fail? And who will be The Apprentice?”
The NBC show ran in various formats for fifteen seasons, with Trump hosting the first fourteen.
His youngest son, Barron, has since then captured the interest of the internet after playing an important role in his father’s election victory in 2024.
The 6’7” NYU freshman, 18, has since then become a distinguished gentleman and “awed” his fans by his total “rock star” response to his father’s praise during his address to the audience at Capitol Arena on January 20.
