WASHINGTON, DC: An eagle-eyed social media user spotted the iPhone wallpaper of former US president Donald Trump, with even the smallest details about Trump and Kamala Harris expected to draw attention in the coming days.

The significant revelation came when a netizen examined two separate images shared on social media, showing the former president with his iPhone and revealing the contents displayed on the screen.

What does Donald Trump have as his phone lock screen?

The lock screen of the former president's iPhone features a photo of himself taken on July 19, 2019, during his tenure. Captured by Getty Images photographer Chip Somodevilla, the image shows Trump looking directly at the viewer while pointing a finger at the camera.

A photo shared by Aaron Steinberg, known as Steiny from the YouTube group Nelk Boys, showed Trump's iPhone face-up on a table while he posed with the group, Daily Mail reports.

Trump autographed Make America Great Again hats for the YouTube group while they were aboard Trump Force One, filming a video on the 2024 candidate's aircraft.

Additionally, Senator Eric Schmitt (R-Mo.) shared a photo on his Facebook page on October 6, which also shows the wallpaper on Trump's cell phone.

The Senator, seeking reelection, accompanied the former president to Butler, Pennsylvania, marking his return to the site where an assassination attempt was made on his life just two and a half months prior.

Schmitt is rumored to be on Trump's shortlist for Attorney General in the event of a second term.

A closer inspection of Trump's phone, resting on the table of his campaign jet, reveals that the former president uses an image of himself as the wallpaper on at least one of his mobile devices.

While earlier videos and images may have been hard to identify, two clearer images now show that the wallpaper is from 2019 and features Trump himself.

A video from late 2023 distinctly captures his phone screen, displaying the mentioned image from his tenure in the Oval Office.

Trump called 'weird' for his lock screen picture

As soon as the readers of the Daily Mail noticed the image on Trump's phone lock screen, they began criticizing him.

A reader claimed, "Sorry but that is not normal. Who has a picture of themselves on their home screen??? He is just so weird."

Another commented, "And this is a surprise why? He is about as narcissistic as a person can get. He probably has portraits of just himself all over his house as well. After all, he is the greatest person he knows."

A third wrote, "Doesn't that prove he is narcissistic? Who else has a picture of themselves as background pic?"

"Who else would it be? This is the person he loves most in the world!" exclaimed a critic.

A person said, "Donald is the only man in the world who would send his own dicpics to himself."

Another user added, "Of course it’s a picture of himself - he loves himself more than anyone else on the planet …"
