LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: Drew Barrymore has reportedly been left worried for her career since Valerie Bertinelli joined her hit daytime talk show, ‘The Drew Barrymore Show’, as a lifestyle expert.

Drew Barrymore fears more changes are coming to her talk show

The source also mentioned, "She's convinced the network is plotting a major shakeup, and she's scared she's the one who's going to get the axe."

They added, "Drew knows that when someone with more experience shows up, it's often a sign that changes are coming."

Apart from Bertinelli, other people who are a part of Barrymore's talk show team include fashion and beauty expert Zanna Roberts Rassi, news co-anchor Ross Matthews, interior designer Mikel Welch, chef Pilar Valdes, sustainable living expert Danny Seo, and hairstylist Chris Appleton.

The show first aired in September 2020 and is currently in its fifth season. 

Valerie Bertinelli 'absolutely adores' Drew Barrymore

In contrast to Drew Barrymore’s feelings, the ‘One Day at a Time’ actress is "super excited" to be part of the CBS-owned show.

She told People, "I absolutely adore her. And all the people that work there are so flippin' cool. I'll be going to New York a lot to hang out with Drew and see where that takes me."

Bertinelli has been a part of several Food Network shows including 'Food Network Star', 'Family Restaurant Rivals', and 'Kids Baking Championship'.

Drew Barrymore started taking drugs at a very early age

The ‘50 First Dates’ star said, "Having a 10-year-old daughter now, I just, it's unfathomable. But that's just how I grew up."

She revealed, "I used to get high with my mom's friend at like 10. And I thought she was so cool, and she would give weed to me and her son."

Barrymore, however, added, "Those were all my actions, those were my reactions. That was my coping mechanism. I'm very accountable, I don't blame other people."
