LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: Ellen DeGeneres is fuming after 'The Bachelorette' star Ali Fedotowsky opened up about feeling humiliated during a 2010 interview with the talk show host.

The comments have sparked a wave of frustration, with sources revealing that the 67-year-old comedian, once the queen of daytime television, is now taking her anger out on her wife, Portia de Rossi.

Despite their efforts to start fresh in the peaceful English countryside, the tension between the two seems to be intensifying.

Ellen DeGeneres is 'dumping her unhappiness and stress' on Portia de Rossi

After Ali Fedotowsky accused Ellen DeGeneres of laughing at her and making her feel stupid during a 2010 interview, a source revealed to RadarOnline that the comedian is furious, and it’s taking a toll on her relationship with wife Portia de Rossi.

The source shared, "Ellen has hit the roof, and Portia is taking the brunt of her unleashed anger."

DeGeneres dismissed Fedotowsky’s complaint as a false attack on her character, viewing it as yet another part of a calculated plot against her.

DeGeneres was forced to step down from her talk show in 2022 following a 19-year run amid accusations of fostering a toxic workplace and damaging her once-wholesome image.

The insider added, "At the same time, she knows that fighting back or speaking out will give her haters exactly what they want."

As DeGeneres struggles with these issues, the source noted, "Ellen's either sulking and silent, or dumping her unhappiness and stress on Portia, who is trying to support her, but finds it exhausting."

Previously, MEAWW reported that a source close to DeGeneres revealed the comedian feels she has already addressed these issues and is unwilling to revisit the controversy.

The tipster shared, "Ellen has decided to not put much care toward Fedotowsky's words because she feels like she has been canceled already, and someone else piling on and saying she wasn't nice isn't going to make any difference."

"She’s out of Hollywood, she’s away from her show, she’s living with the person she loves, and DeGeneres is not going to stress about it anymore or shed any tears about it," they added.

Ali Fedotowsky recalls Ellen DeGeneres making her 'feel stupid' and 'laughing at her'

During a recent appearance on the 'Off the Vine with Kaitlyn Bristowe' podcast, Ali Fedotowsky shared her experience interacting with Ellen DeGeneres on her talk show.

When podcast host Kaitlyn Bristowe asked if DeGeneres was nice, the former 'The Bachelorette' star said, "She made me feel pretty not great. It's not that she was mean, per se, she just made me feel stupid."

Fedotowsky recalled being excited to appear on the show during the peak of her reality TV fame, but her enthusiasm quickly turned to discomfort.

She clarified, "I don’t think she’s a bad person. I just think that sometimes when you do a job like that all day every single day for years, you’re just kind of over it. Here I am, this 24-year-old, famous for no reason, [I come] on her show, she's probably like, 'I've got to talk to one of these idiots again.'"

Fedotowsky also recalled making an effort to inject energy into the show, but DeGeneres' response seemed to lack any real support. "Instead of laughing with me, she was laughing at me. You know what I mean? So, I felt really stupid," the 40-year-old shared.
