WASHINGTON, DC: Amid their catastrophic fallout, Elon Musk has once again taken an aim at President Donald Trump over Jeffrey Epstein's alleged client list as he pledged to make exposing the scandal a "high priority” of his newly launched political party.

The 54-year-old Tesla boss’ jibe came as Epstein and his associates are thrust back into the spotlight, following a Justice Department (DOJ) report that concluded the disgraced socialite had indeed taken his own life behind bars.

The report, released earlier this week, stated that "no further disclosure would be appropriate or warranted" regarding Epstein's death and associates.

The department also noted that even after an extensive examination of evidence collected from Epstein’s Manhattan townhouse and private island, no “client list” has been discovered.

Elon Musk questions how Trump can be trusted ‘if he won't release the Epstein files?’

Following the DOJ’s bombshell report, the billionaire techie turned political provocateur took to his X to slam Donald Trump, writing, “How can people be expected to have faith in Trump if he won't release the Epstein files?”

A user later commented on the post, asking if exposing the files would be a high-ranking priority for his newly launched “American Party.” Musk responded in the affirmative with a “100” emoji.

Musk launched his own political party named "American Party” on July 5, just a day after Congress passed his former pal’s much hyped ‘Big Beautiful bill', which the former DOGE head had, time and again, slammed as wasteful.

This isn’t the first time Musk has dragged Trump into the Epstein files mess. Last month, the tech mogul shocked the world by claiming Trump himself is mentioned in the sordid files.

"Time to drop the really big bomb: Trump is in the Epstein files. That is the real reason they have not been made public. Have a nice day, DJT!" Musk wrote in June.

However, he soon deleted the post, apologizing and saying he went too far with the accusation.

Elon Musk claims Steve Bannon is implicated in the Epstein files

Musk’s finger-pointing at the Epstein files hasn’t stopped with Donald Trump. Earlier this week, the Starlink CEO shockingly claimed that former Trump advisor Steve Bannon is also implicated in the Jeffrey Epstein files.

“Bannon is in the Epstein files,” Musk claimed as he responded to a social media post from another former Trump advisor, Roger Stone.

Stone, in his post, raised questions over Bannon’s meetings with Epstein, wondering, “Why would Bannon meet with Jeffrey Epstein both at his New York home and in Paris after Epstein was convicted on sex crimes in Florida? Why would he coach Epstein for his 60 Minutes appearance?”

Stone’s post seemingly refers to reports claiming Bannon supposedly coached the convicted offender for a CBS '60 Minutes' interview that ultimately never aired.

"You’re engaging, you’re not threatening, you’re natural, you’re friendly, you don’t look at all creepy, you’re a sympathetic figure," Bannon apparently said during a 2019 coaching session with Epstein, according to journalist Michael Wolff's book 'Too Famous: The Rich, the Powerful, the Wishful, the Notorious, the Damned.'
