Elon Musk busts claims of 'secretly' welcoming 3rd baby with Shivon Zilis, says ‘friends and family’ knew

LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: Tesla owner Elon Musk has welcomed another baby with partner Shivon Zilis. 

The two are proud parents to twins Strider and Azure, who were born in November 2021.

Musk defended his decision not to share the news with the media. “As for ‘secretly fathered,’ that is also false. All our friends and family know. Failure to issue a press release, which would be bizarre, does not mean ‘secret,'” he told PageSix.

Musk and his partners try to keep the privacy of their children a priority.

The SpaceX founder welcomed his first child, son Nevada Alexander, with his first wife Justine Wilson, in 2002. However, he passed away 10 weeks after his birth due to sudden infant death syndrome (SIDS).

The couple then had twins in 2004, Vivian Jenna and Griffin through IVF, followed by triplets Kai, Saxons, and Damian in 2006.

The X owner also shares children with Grimes,  X Æ A-Xii, born in May 2020, and a baby girl Exa Dark Sideræl, via surrogacy in December 2021.

Grimes and Musk also welcomed son Techno Mechanicus ‘Tau, revealed first by biographer Walter Isaacson.

Musk has openly talked about his concern over population decline, “Many countries are already well below replacement rate, and the trend is that almost all will be. This is simply a fact, not a ‘debunked theory,'” he told the outlet.

“2.1 kids is replacement rate, and obviously the world as a whole will soon drop below that point,” he added.

In July 2022, Musk told PageSix, “Bravo to big families” and revealed that he wants “as many [kids] as I am able to spend time with and be a good father.”

The same year, he also tweeted, “A collapsing birth rate is the biggest danger civilization faces, by far.”

Internet reflected on Musk welcoming another baby with Shivon Zilis, who is Neuralink Corporation's director of special projects.

One user commented on Facebook, “Well he has the money to provide for them not sure if he has the time to spend with them tho.”

“So now we can leave Nick Cannon alone,” a second individual trolled.

“Replacing the olds one that don’t want him as a Dad he has money he can do Magic the way he wants it. Well those kids are well provided fell bad for those kids who have irresponsible parents,” a person reflected.
