Elon Musk's trans daughter Vivian accuses him of 'illegally keeping' Grimes' children away from their mom

LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: Elon Musk’s estranged daughter, Vivian Jenna Wilson, accused him of "illegally" keeping the children he shares with Grimes away from their mother amid their bitter custody battle. 

The Tesla CEO and the Canadian musician, who reportedly broke up in 2022, share three children — X Æ A-Xii, Exa Dark Sideræl, and Techno Mechanicus.

Taking to Threads, Vivian Jenna Wilson shared, "Hello everyone, I’m going to forego my standard tone for this because this is important. As you may or may not know, Grimes is currently in a custody battle with Elon over their 3 children."

"What you probably don’t know, however, is that Elon has been illegally and continuously keeping their children, her children, away from their mother during the most important developmental period in a child’s life," added the 20-year-old.

She further claimed, "While Elon has been irresponsibly partying across the ocean in the very country he’s spitting contemptuous poison about, Grimes’ children are stuck in a house thousands of miles away without their mother." 

"This is potentially irreversibly damaging to a child’s psyche and is, without question, a despicable form of abuse. This is not the first time this has happened and if nothing changes, likely not the last," mentioned Vivian. 

She also mentioned, "I cannot stress this enough, this is ILLEGAL. He does not have the custody to be able to do this. Yet, since Elon has an infinite amount of funds to pool from, he has been able to successfully employ them to take their children away from the mother that they desperately require. This needs to end, now." 

Musk welcomed Vivian with his first wife, Justine Wilson, in 2004. 

Grimes' mother pleads with Elon Musk to return their three children 

Previously, Sandy Garossino, the mother of Claire Elise Boucher aka Grimes, slammed Elon Musk on X (formerly Twitter) for "withholding" their children. 

Addressing Musk, she wrote, "It was nice seeing you on Father’s Day. I hope you got the card that I helped X make. He was so proud of it. I’m writing here as the only way I have to reach you. As you know, my 93 year old mother is now at end-of-life palliative care." 

In the next post, she added, "She yearns to see and hold Claire’s children one last time. Especially the youngest, whom she has not yet met. She was thrilled for the kids’ planned visit to celebrate her birthday this weekend. Today. But those hopes were crushed when the trip was canceled." 

Garossino went on to allege, "I am alarmed to learn that the children cannot come as you are withholding them and their needed passport documents from Claire. It was even more troubling to see you and X on television at the Olympics in Paris yesterday, after your DC trip earlier in the week."

She asked, “Where are the other children, and with whom?" before adding, "They are scheduled to be with their mother. They were expected here in Canada."

Garossino further wrote, "I write with a grandmother’s plea, asking you to honour your agreement, return the children, and provide the documents they need to see their great grandmother before she passes." 

Last year, in a since-deleted tweet to Walter Isaacson, Musk's biographer, Grimes wrote, "Tell Elon to let me see my son or plz respond to my lawyer. I have never even been allowed to see a photo of these children until this moment, despite the situation utterly ripping my family apart," as per UNILAD. 

Vivian Jenna Wilson gathers support online

Vivian Jenna Wilson's Threads post gained traction, with many thanking her for exposing the truth. 

One commented, "What happened to Elon? He was my hero years ago and now he became a villain. How did this happen? Was he always a villain that was just hiding under hero mask?"

Another said, "I followed Musk the moment he was going to buy Twitter. It didn’t take more than a year to discover who he really is. Deplorable attitude to women and anyone who doesn’t agree with him," and a person remarked, "The mask finally came off."

"Petition the courts. You and your siblings can petition the courts here in Texas for visitation rights with you and your siblings bring Grimes. Seriously do this. Because you are allowed to have a sibling relationship with your siblings. Travis County should still allow the visitation at least with your other siblings. Sue him in the courts," suggested an individual.

"I appreciate you exposing the truth," expressed one more. Another person shared, "My heart absolutely breaks for her. As a mother who’s gone through the same thing, I firmly believe this needs to be talked about more. Abusive partners using their children as weapons to assert control should be criminal. Yet, more often than not, they get away with it."
