LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: Kanye West has come under fire from social media users who are labeling him as "fake" following accusations from Donna Summer's estate that the rapper used a track of the iconic singer without permission.

This isn't the first time West has faced criticism for unauthorized use of music. Previously, rock legend Ozzy Osbourne publicly condemned West for sampling Black Sabbath's classic song 'War Pigs' without permission.

The snippet from the 1983 live performance was incorporated into West's latest single, 'Talking / Once Again', featuring rapper Ty Dolla $ign and West's daughter, North.

Social media users have intensified their criticism of West, with some even calling for his retirement. This comes after West shared a now-deleted Instagram video expressing difficulty in securing arenas for his upcoming tour and seeking assistance from his fans.

Born on June 8, 1977, in Atlanta, Georgia, Kanye West, aka Ye, is a highly influential rapper and producer. His discography includes groundbreaking albums such as 'The College Dropout,' 'Late Registration,' and 'My Beautiful Dark Twisted Fantasy.'

Billboard reports that West's latest album, 'Vultures Volume 1,' has been accused of featuring an unauthorized sample of Donna Summer's 1977 hit 'I Feel Love,' according to Summer's estate. The alleged copyright infringement appears on the electro-pop track 'Good (Don’t Die),' part of West's collaborative album with Ty Dolla $ign, released on Saturday morning.

Summer's estate released a statement on their Instagram story accusing Kanye West, stating, "Kanye West… asked permission to use Donna Summer’s song I Feel Love, he was denied… he changed the words, had someone re sing it or used AI but it’s I Feel Love… copyright infringement!!!"
