LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: Celine Dion is grateful for every moment of life that she gets to live. The five-time Grammy winner, who is suffering from Stiff Person Syndrome (SPS), shared a heartfelt post on International SPS Awareness Day on March 15.

She wrote on her Instagram, “Today the world recognizes International SPS Awareness Day. As many of you know, in the fall of 2022, I was diagnosed with Stiff Person Syndrome (SPS).”

Celine Dion shares moment with her three sons

Celine posed with her three sons, Rene-Charles Angelil, 23, and 13-year-old twins Eddy and Nelson, and captioned the post, “Trying to overcome this autoimmune disorder has been one of the hardest experiences of my life, but I remain determined to one day get back onto the stage and to live as normal of a life as possible.”

The ‘All By Myself’ singer expressed her gratitude for the care she gets from her dear ones, “I am deeply grateful for the love and support from my kids, family, team and all of you!

The 55-year-old finally concluded by saying, “I want to send my encouragement and support to all those around the world that have been affected by SPS. I want you to know you can do it! We can do it!”

Celine Dion was diagnosed with SPS in 2022

It was in December 2022 when Celine announced her diagnosis with SPS.

"I've been dealing with problems with my health for a long time, and it's been really difficult for me to face these challenges and to talk about everything that I've been going through," she said in an emotional video.

After staying indoors for months, she finally made a public appearance during an NHL hockey game. It was played between the Vegas Golden Knights and the Montreal Canadiens at T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas.

Dion comes from Charlemagne, which is close to Montreal, and had many shows in Vegas over the years.

The iconic singer also attended the recent 66th Grammy Awards, accompanied by her eldest son. Dion was welcomed with a standing ovation by the audience.

Her documentary will be out soon.Titled ‘I Am: Celine Dion’, it is directed by Oscar-nominated documentarian Irene Taylor.

Fans wished Celine success on her battle with SPS and showered love on the beloved singer.

"You WILL make it back and we’ll be there!" one user wrote on Instagram.

The second said, "We love and Celebrate you Queen Celine Dion !!!!! You are such an inspiration to humanity and we pray for you on your journey all the love and good vibes !!!!!!!"

Another wrote, "WE LOVE YOU CELINE!!❤️" Stay strong 💪🏻 and never give up hope."
