COSTA RICA: Justin Bieber is seemingly not yet fully over his ex Selena Gomez and is believed to have sent a “secret message” to her following her engagement to Benny Blanco.

The Canadian singer took to Instagram on Monday, December 16, and shared a photo with his wife Hailey Bieber. The photo was from their Costa Rica trip and it showed Hailey kissing the ‘Baby’ hitmaker's neck while he looked into the camera, Page Six reported.

However, it was not the photo that attracted people’s attention. It was his song choice on the post that left people speculating.

Justin’s Instagram photo was shared with Lizzy McAlpine’s ‘All My Ghosts’, a song about “sweet memories with an ex from the past.”

The song’s lyrics go like, “I can see it now The wedding of the year I can see it now He stands up there and wipes his tears I can see it now When all my ghosts disappear I can see it crystal clear.”

People on social media speculated whether Justin Bieber was trying to send a message to Selena Gomez after her engagement to Benny Blanco. One social media user commented below the singer's post, "Guys listen to that song well and you will know Justin is trying to give sel a message."

In September, the ‘Only Murders in the Building’ star claimed that she’s “never been loved this way.”

Calling the record producer her “best friend,” Gomez added, “He’s just been a light. A complete light in my life. I love telling him everything,” as per Page Six.
