Giant light projection of Steve Harvey over Atlanta sky sparks hilarious theories online

ATLANTA, GEORGIA: The residents of Atlanta were amazed to see a light projection in the sky that depicted comedian Steve Harvey.

Photos of the projection were uploaded by several people on the social media platform X. There was no explanation nor were any details provided on why there was a light projection of the 'Family Feud' host in the sky on Friday, August 23.

An X user with the handle @dom_lucre uploaded a picture of the light projection and captioned it, "HAPPENING NOW: Atlanta residents are puzzled by a light projection in the sky that depicts comedian Steve Harvey."

Another user @DavidDTSS also uploaded the same picture and wrote, "There’s a light projection of Steve Harvey over Atlanta right now and I have no clue why."

It seems like the people of Atlanta were surprised to see the light projection as there were no prior announcements regarding it. 

Notably, Harvey recently faced criticism as he was accused by social media influencer Dr Umar Johnson of accepting payments to endorse Vice President Kamala Harris for president, per Atlanta Black Star.

Harvey replied to the accusations on his radio show 'The Steve Harvey Morning Show'. He denied that he was paid and set the record straight about his support of the Democratic nominee.
