Pre-birthday celebration on 'GMA' set
Before taking off to the beach, Zee celebrated her birthday early with the 'Good Morning America' crew on the set. In her Instagram stories, Zee uploaded a clip from the occasion, where the crew wished her happy birthday with a cake and other treats.
While many of her colleagues were present for the studio celebration, some snubbed her on social media on the actual day, including close co-workers Sam Champion and Robin Roberts, noted The Sun.
The birthday leave comes days after Zee returned to work after the holidays. However, the holidays had not been a very pleasant experience as she and her family had fallen ill.
Zee shared that she was grateful to be healthy again soon after setting foot into the new year.
