Ramsay displayed his well-defined "raw muscles" in a skintight wetsuit that left little to the imagination.

The images, which quickly went viral, show the culinary maestro's dedication to fitness and health, a testament to his discipline both in and out of the kitchen.

In a series of beachside photos posted on Instagram on Friday, October 25, Ramsay showcased his exceptionally toned physique as he took a swim in the ocean, clad in a form-fitting wetsuit.

The Hell's Kitchen star's tight shorts demonstrated that he obviously never skips leg day, while the sleeveless cut of his suit showed how much effort he puts into his arm workouts. In one of the photos, fans could even make out the outline of his six-pack abs through his wetsuit, Parade reports.

Ramsay shared the photos prior to the Ironman World Championship Men's Race in Kailua-Kona, Hawaii, on October 26. The Master Chef has participated in the Hawaii Ironman and completed the race in 2013.

He captioned the picture wishing luck to all the participants, "Wishing everyone all the very best for your race tomorrow @ironmantri Kona and a big big thank you to all the volunteers, seriously we could not cross that finish line with out you ❤️"
