LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: Federal authorities discovered guns during raids on Sean "Diddy" Combs' homes in Miami and Los Angeles on Tuesday, March 26, reports said.

Homeland Security Investigations served warrants out of the US District Court for the Southern District of New York on Monday, March 25, and confiscated Diddy's phones in Miami before the music mogul was set to leave for a trip to the Bahamas, as reported by NBC News.

Type of firearms discovered and the owner unknown

According to the source, federal agents had conducted interviews with three women and a man in Manhattan over claims of sexual assault, sex trafficking, and the soliciting and sale of illegal drugs and weapons.

The type of firearms discovered and their owner were not immediately identifiable, said three sources familiar with the raids.

Diddy has been the target of multiple civil lawsuits since November 2023 after his former love girlfriend Cassie filed a legal action accusing him of years of physical and sexual abuse.

Cassie (full name is Casandra Ventura) filed a claim using the New York Adult Survivors Act, which allowed adult victims of sexual assault to file a civil lawsuit within a year, regardless of the statute of limitations.

Since then, three more women have come forward with claims of sexual assault by Combs in cases filed in the Southern District of New York. At the time, two claimed to have been teenagers.

Additionally, a law enforcement source with knowledge of the case verified on Tuesday that the individual detained on drug-related charges at a Miami airport on Monday is Diddy's associate.

According to a police report, Brendan Paul, 25, was taken into custody at the Miami-Opa Locka Executive Airport on March 25 on suspicion of possessing suspected cocaine and marijuana candy.

Producer Rodney "Lil Rod" Jones claimed that he and a man by the name of Brendan Paul were forced to supply narcotics and guns for Diddy whenever the rapper traveled.

Images from that person's civil action suit resemble the Paul shown in the Miami-Dade authorities' booking mugshot.

Diddy's attorney Aaron Dyer stated that the music mogul is "innocent and will continue to fight" to clear his reputation and that the searches conducted by federal agents on Diddy's properties in Miami and Los Angeles were "a gross use of military-level force."

Sean 'Diddy' Combs' present whereabouts are unknown

Diddy made a brief appearance on Monday afternoon. As his residences were being searched, TMZ managed to grab a glimpse of the troubled music boss pacing outside Miami-Opa Locka airport.

According to NBC News, he was en route to the Bahamas via a private aircraft. However, Diddy's present whereabouts are unknown.

According to flight records analyzed by Rolling Stone, his private aircraft, called LoveAir, departed Los Angeles on Monday morning and touched down in Antigua and Barbuda later that evening.

It's unknown who was on board, but the aircraft looks to be still berthed at the island's tiny airfield.

Diddy would receive an indictment from prosecutors if they discover evidence to sustain federal charges. It is unknown, though, precisely when this could take place.

It appears that federal investigators headquartered in New York have been constructing a case, as Rolling Stone was informed by a source because they have been in communication with possible witnesses for several months.
