Gwen Stefani reveals how husband Blake Shelton makes her 'happier every single day'

LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: Gwen Stefani praised her husband Blake Shelton for having "so much patience, and so much kindness in his heart" during an episode of 'The Jennifer Hudson Show' on Wednesday, October 2.

Stefani added that “laughter” is an important part of life and something that everyone is looking for. She said she was lucky to have someone who brought that kind of happiness to her, per PEOPLE.

Stefani said during the show, "The thing about Blake is that you’ll never get through a day without laughing. You know what I mean? Which is just— it doesn't even matter like what’s going on. The guy has so much patience, and so much kindness in his heart. It just makes you happier every single day."

She also discussed the 26th season of the NBC reality competition series 'The Voice'. She said, "The Voice is just so much fun. We get on that set and it’s just everyone there wants to be there and the contestants have these big dreams and they’re so talented…to watch them grow right before your eyes and have a little tiny part of that by trying to help them; it’s just a fun show. I love it so much."

The couple started dating in 2015 after meeting on 'The Voice' the year prior and tied the knot at Shelton's Oklahoma ranch in July 2021. They recently celebrated their third wedding anniversary.

"Happy anniversary @gwenstefani! I love you!!!!!!!" Blake wrote on Instagram on the day of their anniversary.

Blake Shelton recently compared his relationship with Stefani to Travis Kelce and Taylor Swift's when it comes to being in the public eye, during an interview on 'The Pat McAfee Show'.

Shelton said, "I think when you’re willing to just come out and just kind of put it in everybody’s face that you’re together and you’re owning it — that’s what Gwen and I did."

Meanwhile, Stefani also teased a bit of their relationship, along with her past relationship with ex-husband Gavin Rossdale, 58, with whom she has sons Kingston, 18, Zuma, 16, and Apollo, 10, in her new single 'Somebody Else's'.

She sang, "I don’t know what a heart like mine was doin’ in a love like that. I don’t know what a woman like me was doing with a man like you / But now I got a love so true."

Stefani and Blake introduced their new furry family member, Corn Shelton, after Stefani received backlash for her treatment of a "terrified" kitten during the season 26 premiere of 'The Voice'.

Stefani shared a sweet glimpse of her new rescue kitten on Instagram on September 26 and expressed her gratitude that the little furball was alive after being found on her doorstep, per Entertainment Weekly.

As per Stefani, Corn appeared at their doorstep "so sick" and "hardly alive" and left the family with less hope for his survival. However, with "a lot of love and nurturing", she reportedly nursed Corn back to health and celebrated his recovery with a video montage.

She wrote in the caption, "This is Corn Shelton. The day he showed up to our home, he was hardly alive + so sick, but with a lot of love + nurturing, he became a healthy kitten. we’re so grateful that he’s a part of our family."
