Gwyneth Paltrow shares photo with kids Apple and Moses while admitting she worries about their 'anxiety'
LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: Gwyneth Paltrow partook in an interesting session of Q&A with her fans on Instagram, where she shared an adorable family photo of her two children - Apple, 20, and Moses, 18.
On Friday, July 19, the ‘Emma’ actress hosted an online Q&A session where she opened up about her children. When a fan asked her to share the last snap she clicked with her younger child, Paltrow shared the sweet family picture.
The picture featured Paltrow standing in the middle with her two children on the side. The Oscar-winner shares her two children with her ex-husband Chris Martin, with whom she has maintained a friendly relationship even after divorce.

During the Q&A session on Friday (which is no longer there on Instagram), the Oscar-winning actress shared a snap from one of their family outings, per Daily Mail.
Paltrow was looking glamorous in a blue button-down shirt paired with white wide-legged trousers.
The actress’ look-alike daughter posed alongside her in a summer dress and kept one of her arms wrapped around her mother.
Paltrow’s son, Moses, on the other hand, looked a miniature version of his rocker father as he donned a set of maroon polo and tan trousers.
One of the fans asked her during the Q&A session, what was the trait she loves the most about her children. She was also asked to answer which trait worries her the most.
The ‘Shakespeare in Love’ actress shared, “I think my kids both really know themselves very well and that's a trait about them that I both love and admire.”
She continued, “And I guess one I worry about for both of them is anxiety. This is, as we know, the anxious generation. So that's probably what I worry about.”
Gwyneth Paltrow fears about becoming an empty nester
In May, Gwyneth Paltrow revealed that her son would be attending Brown University in Rhode Island in the fall. Previously, the Goop founder opened up about her anxiety regarding becoming an empty nester as her son would soon relocate for his higher education.
She shared during a promotional event for Goop, “It’s kind of giving me a nervous breakdown, if I’m honest," per Daily Mail.

Paltrow continued, “I started being like: "Oh my God, and I need to quit my job and I need to sell my house and I need to move." It’s sort of putting things into turmoil.”
“My identity has been being a mother. Apple’s going to be 20 in May. So I’ve oriented my whole life around them and their schedules and when school starts,” shared the actress.
She continued, “You start to let go in increments when they’re driving themselves around or doing certain things. It is a slower process,” and added, “I feel really lucky because I have a close group of mom friends and we all raised our kids alongside one another. So we’re kind of in it together.”
