The 33-year-old took to Instagram on Sunday, April 13, to share a before-and-after post featuring an old red carpet photo and a new mirror selfie, showcasing her incredible weight loss.
She simply captioned the post, "My 25lbs weight loss 💗." In the new pic, Gypsy stuns in a sleek white halter-style vest, fitted jeans, and black stiletto booties.

In response to the overwhelming curiosity, Gypsy Rose Blanchard shared more details about her transformation journey.
"I’ve seen a lot of comments of people asking how I lost the weight. So my weight loss journey started once getting out of prison," she wrote in a comment.
Notably, Gypsy was sentenced to 10 years in prison after pleading guilty to second-degree murder in the death of her mother, Dee Dee Blanchard, as per People. She was released on parole in December 2023.
She credited the change largely to diet, explaining, "So when I started eating healthier instead of prison food, the weight began to fall off." She also shared one major change that helped her slim down: "I started eating twice a day and smaller portions."
Her fitness update comes just weeks after she debuted a chic new hairstyle in an Instagram post, showing off a fresh chin-length cut with the caption, "New year, new mom, new haircut, new me."
