Hailey Bieber gives sweet shoutout to husband Justin after winning award: ‘Always cheering me on’

LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: Hailey Bieber gave a heartfelt shoutout to her husband, Justin Bieber, while accepting a major award at a star-studded fashion event.

The Rhode Skin founder, 28, was honored with the Beauty Innovator of the Year title at the Daily Front Row’s 9th Annual Fashion Los Angeles Awards on April 24, Thursday, held at the Beverly Hilton Hotel.

Celebrity hairstylist Jen Atkin presented the award to Hailey Bieber and reflected on their journey together over the years.

“I got to watch her slay the biggest red carpets. I got to watch her shoot major campaigns. And on her biggest day – I’m gonna try not to cry – her wedding day, we hid in a tent from the paparazzi while I sobbed uncontrollably,” Atkin said.

“Through everything, she has truly been the perfectly moisturized calm in the storm," she added.

“Hailey, I am so proud of you. You’re a boss. You are a style icon and a skincare guru," Atkin continued, according to US Weekly. 

"Your success is not just limited to your career. You are the most loving wife, daughter, sister, friend and mom to the cutest little boy I’ve ever seen – except for my son,” she further said.

Hailey Bieber expressed gratitude to those who have contributed to her beauty brand’s growth as she took the stage to accept her award.

“I want to thank our incredible customers and supporters. Without you, the community we have built at Rhode does not exist,” Hailey said.

She acknowledged Atkin’s influence saying, "I’ve learned so, so much from her. Not just about beauty and brand building, but in life, in general.”

Hailey concluded her speech with a special message for her husband, who has supported her throughout her journey.

“Lastly, I want to thank my husband for supporting this dream of mine from the beginning and for always cheering me on. Thank you,” she said.

Justin Bieber hits back at critics

Justin Bieber has been consistently expressing his feelings, criticizing detractors, particularly the paparazzi, who have been questioning his mental well-being and alleging that his marriage to Hailey is under the rocks.

Justin recently took to Instagram to write, “Honestly if I was u, it would be hard not to be jealous of me and Hailey going brazzzzyy," as MEAWW reported.

“It’s really up for us and that’s understandable why people can’t stand it," he added.

He also took time to address how he’s viewed in the public eye. “They treat me like a*s out here, but I remember that I am flawed and God forgave me."

Justin shared, “It helps me to stop feeling better than those who are mean and hurtful because when I’m really honest, I can be mean and hurtful too.”

“My instinct is to be like, ‘Damn I wouldn’t gossip and spread lies about someone on the internet,’ but there’s other s**t I do I’m not proud of,” he added.

On Friday, April 25, he recorded a video of paparazzi following him and stated, "This has to stop."

In another post, he compared himself to Princess Diana, expressing concerns that excessive paparazzi attention could potentially lead to fatal consequences.

He later posted a boxing video showcasing himself practicing punches and captioned the post, "Gotta punch these pads because if not these pads, it’s these fools' head tops," in reference to the paparazzi.
