"It helps me to stop feeling better than those who are mean and hurtful because when I'm really honest, I can be mean and hurtful too," he said.

The 31-year-old also shared how he processes feelings of judgment. "My instinct is to be like, 'Damn I wouldn't gossip and spread lies about someone on the internet,'" he continued, "but there's other s**t I do I'm not proud of."

Hailey Bieber speaks out on public scrutiny of her relationship with Justin

The couple's private life continues to face intense public scrutiny, with Justin Bieber consistently under observation due to his concerning public appearances.

The recent fan criticism came after Justin was seen smoking next to his 15-year-old brother, Jaxon, during Coachella.

Before Coachella, he exploded at Paparazzi, yelling outside a coffee shop in Palm Springs and said to them, "All you want is money!"

“[You] want money, money, money, money … get out of here,” Bieber said. "You don’t care about people. Only money. No people. You don’t care about human beings.”

The chaos started after Bieber stopped following his wife, Hailey, on Instagram in March. He later clarified that "someone went on my account and unfollowed my wife."

In February, at Hailey's skin care event, Justin was caught acting strangely in a video. He could be seen smiling widely and shifting his weight from side to side.

Addressing the online gossip, Hailey, per E! News, posted last March, "Just FYI the stories and constant 'blind items' I see on TikTok are 100% of the time wrong. Made out of thin air…Come from the land of delusion…So I know it may be fun feeding into these stories but just know they're always false. xx sorry to spoil it."

The 28-year-old added in a July interview with W Magazine, "People have made me feel so bad about my relationship since day one. It's like people don't want to believe that we're happy."
